1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Skin Brand Builder LLC ("Company") services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

• Brand strategy and positioning
• Marketing and promotional materials

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment of fees as agreed
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. The Company retains the right to use work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Skin Brand Builder LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Skin Brand Builder's website, even if Skin Brand Builder LLC or a Skin Brand Builder LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Skin Brand Builder's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Skin Brand Builder LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
