Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Skin Brand Builder LLC (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') is a delivery-oriented business and believes in upholding our commitments and providing the highest quality service for every project.

Client Cancellation

1. The project may be cancelled by the Client with a full refund if the Company fails to commence the project (defined as the delivery of the initial brand questionnaire) within 14 business days of receiving the initial payment.

2. If the Client chooses to cancel the project for any reason after the work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the deliverables already completed. A minimum of 50% of the total project fee will be non-refundable to cover the costs of project commencement, including strategy, research, and resource allocation.

3. Once the final project deliverables have been sent to the Client, no refunds will be issued.

Company Cancellation

1. The Company reserves the right to cancel the project at any time by providing a 7-day written notice. In this event, the Company will refund the amount received, reduced in proportion to the work already performed. The Company is not required to provide specific reasons for such termination.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of God (i.e., fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund shall in no case be deemed an admission of deficiency and will be considered a full and final settlement of all claims.
